The last few years pole dancing became more and more popular and established itself as a great workout. Whether you choose pole fitness, pole technique or choreography classes, pole dancing will greatly improve your strength, agility, grace and flexibility. It is basically a specialised bodyweight training influenced by gymnastics, yoga, ballet, contemporary dance, martial arts and acrobatics,  which will result in a strong core, toned arms and back and a healthy posture.
